Cancelation Fees:
Our photographers charge per scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or move the appointment please contact us at least one (1) business day before the scheduled appointment, or else there will be a cancelation fee charged to your account because we were not able to fill the appointment spot in time.

Your form info is at the bottom of this replied email. You are welcome to reply back, and we can add more info to our appointment notes to the photographer. Please provide any special shots you need so when the files are delivered, we can meet your highest expectations.

Please arrive early, and have your place “Shoot Ready“.
We shoot properties, “As Is”. If a property is not considered “shoot ready”, and the shoot is canceled same day, you will be charged a cancelation fee. Here are some “shoot ready” guidelines:

“Shoot Ready” Tips:
– All lights ON with working light bulbs
– Still Photography: Fans OFF
– Video: Fans ON
– Open blinds/curtains
– Move Vehicles away from window viewing
– Turn on all water features and pool lights.
– Hide surface clutter such as tissue boxes, counter items, trash cans, books, small every day objects.
– Open/Close doors and cabinets as they should be. (To help avoid missing small rooms).
– Stage all furniture, couch pillows, position rugs, make beds, arrange shelves, counter spaces, and stock bathrooms exactly how you would like them to be photographed BEFORE we arrive.
– Prepare yard, removing natural debris and other clutter.
– Turn on outside lights.

Typical Turn Around Time:
• Day still photography – usually 1 business day after shoot occurred, by end of business day.
• Twilight still photography – usually 2 business days after shoot occurred, by end of business day.
• Video / Cinema Walkthrough – usually 5 to 7 business days after the scheduled shoot, by end of business day.

Our booking calendar is a living document that constantly changes based on appointment location, distance, and availability. We do not hold photographer requests because of these circumstances.

I just tried calling your cell phone, and it said the mailbox was full, so I’m sending an appointment confirmation here instead.

Answer:

I’m sorry, but because we didn’t have time to fill the appointment spot with another, I have to add our $50 cancelation fee to your account with us so the photographer gets paid their minimum today. It’s good to schedule appointments early in advance, but if it needs to be canceled, we have to know at least one (1) business day before the day of the photoshoot so we have time to fill the appointment slot.

If you’d like to continue today’s appointment, let us know ASAP so we can notify the photographer of the current status of the appointment.

Bad weather reservations

I understand the suggested booking date is far out, however, yes, we are booked completely till that date. It’s very busy this time of year. 

Due to our company policy, and to keep things fair and open for everyone, I can only schedule one slot per appointment. 

We normally wait till the day of the photoshoot to make final decisions on pushing back appointments for bad weather because the forecast changes frequently.

Where is the Virtual Tour Branding?

 

If you click on the Branded Virtual Tour link, the tour will start. When viewing on a desktop computer, in the upper right hand corner, you will see “More Info” with a triangle. If you click that button, the information will slide down and present itself on screen.

Can you change the tour for me? (No, we don’t)

Moving Images

You can edit your tour by accessing the tour settings panel. There you can move and hide images. Music and other settings can also be adjusted. See below.

Our photo shoot pricing is set as a fixed rate package which includes a set number of photos. It’s $10 per photo for extra angles and shots beyond the photos already included in the delivered photo set. We charge because our photographers charge us for more edits and delivered photos.

Since I’m in the field during regular business hours, please direct your post-production photo shoot requests to Isaac via email, as he’s mainly responsible for managing all of our customers workflow.

If you need Photoshop re-touching services please provide an email to [email protected] outlining the specific image numbers and what you’d like adjusted per image. Once we have received an accurate written description of the re-touching enhancements, we can contact you with an estimated price quote and turn-around time based on the complexity of your request.

Pricing

Multiple Lot Aerial Usage Rights

 

We’ve done shoots like this before for other agents. Normally we charge the Zone rate +$150 per MLS number because of the way our photography rights are sold. We sell the photo rights, and not the photos themselves. You can think of it in the same way digital music is purchased. This helps to keep our pricing lower for everyone, since we sell to realtors at a discounted wholesale realtor rate. 

For this instance, where it’s multiple lots close together but only 1 set of photos. We charge the Zone rate + $100 per lot MLS.

So for this project, since it’s in Osprey, and it’s a Zone 2, the Zone Rate starts at $175 + $100 for each additional lot. 

Here’s a pricing breakdown:

1st Lot Appointment $175

+ Lot Photo Usage Rights $100

+ Lot Photo Usage Rights $100

= Total $375

Photoshop

Photo manipulation beyond simple total photo color correction starts at $25 per photo due to the skill and time involved. If you need multiple photo adjusted, we can give you a custom bulk rate.

Invoice Bill Is Higher than Expected

We charge by Zone distance as the base price, and add up-charge services to accommodate the work involved for larger spaces, more photos, etc. This pays for the extra time and effort involved in the larger scale project. You can view your full invoice by clicking on the button in your invoice email.
